A true one-way mirror finish for daytime privacy and heat control.
Fitted to the glass, Silver Mirror Film creates a one-way mirror effect during daylight hours — from inside, your view out stays completely clear, while from outside all anyone sees is their own reflection. The metalised reflective layer also bounces back a large share of incoming solar energy and glare, so rooms run noticeably cooler and screens stay easier to read. It comes in a few shade strengths, so you can choose how strong the mirror effect and heat/UV rejection is.

Like all reflective films, the mirror effect works because the brighter side reflects. During the day that's the outside, so you get strong privacy — but at night, once your lights are on, the effect reverses and the film offers less privacy. Curtains or blinds are recommended for full night-time privacy.
